I have never learned Japanese before or been to Japan, can I still do lessons?
Yes you sure can!, some of my students are beginners who at first couldn’t speak any Japanese, but had an interest in Japan or a personal reason to learn Japanese, so they signed up for my lessons.
Do I have to do the ‘15 min Question Time with Yoshiko‘ before having lessons?
No, not at all, if you know what you want to learn then you can go straight to the Japanese lessons. However if you are not sure if the lessons are right for you and would just like to talk over a few things first, then go for the FREE ‘15 min Question Time with Yoshiko‘ where I can talk with you for 15 minutes about your questions or concerns.
How far can I book in advance?
You can book 1 -2 months in advance if you want to, some of my students like to have the same day and same time every week so they often book a month or so in advance to be sure of getting those days and times every week.
How does the ePlan work?
The ePlan is put together to save you lesson money for 1 or 2 months. The lessons must be used up before the time period expires, the time period starts from the day of payment. For example if you have bought ‘ePlan 4 Weeks 4 x 1hr Skype Lessons’ on the 1st November, you have 4 lesson credits (total 4 hours) to be used up by the 28th November (4 weeks later). After the 28th November your lesson credits have expired and can’t be used.
Should I pay by the hour or go for an ePlan payment?
Its up to you, if you want to save money then the ePlan will give you good savings on your lesson costs. If you just want to try a few lessons first then take the hour lessons as you require, you can always get an ePlan at a later date.
